With gas well over $4 a gallon, it’s no wonder.
Honda dealers are finding that they just can’t get enough Honda Civic Hybrids on their lots to meet customer demand. While this has been a problem for Toyota across the board for a while now, problems at Honda Dealers appear to be regional and often temporary.
One dealership in Texas, however, recently had a waiting list of over 30 people waiting to buy a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid. It took nearly two months for the dealership to get its hands on enough Honda Civic Hybrids to meet the demand.
The good news for Honda dealers, however, is that customers seem to be willing to make the wait. For that particular dealership, every one of the 30 people on the list, plus ten that were added to the list during the wait, bought a new Honda Civic Hybrid.
Of all the hybrid vehicles, the Honda Civic seems to be the most available in many locations. In addition to availability, the Honda Civic Hybrid beats out much of the competition in areas like style, performance and comfort.
